Exchange Policy

As stitched garments cannot be resold once worn or altered, Samiya Creations offers exchanges (rather than returns/refunds) on stitched Shalwar Kameez, 3-Piece, and 2-Piece suits, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchange requests must be raised within 3-5 days of delivery.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Exchanges are permitted for size issues, or where the customer wishes to switch to a different colour/design of equal value (subject to availability).

• Unstitched items, dupattas, trousers, and shirts purchased individually also qualify for exchange under the same conditions, in addition to being eligible for return under our Return Policy.

2. Exchange for a Different Size

If the size does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size in the same design, subject to stock availability. Please refer to our size chart before placing a new order to avoid repeat sizing issues.

3. Exchange for a Different Design/Colour

If you would like to exchange for a different design or colour, the new item must be of equal value. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer before dispatch. If of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

• Items marked Final Sale or Non-Exchangeable at the time of purchase.

• Custom-stitched items made to individually submitted measurements, unless there is a manufacturing/stitching defect.

• Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume/makeup stains, or alteration.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. Verified cases will be exchanged free of charge, including reverse pickup and re-shipping, at our cost.

6. How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us at samiyacreations0@gmail.com / +971581279133 within the applicable window with your order number and reason for exchange.

2. Share clear photos of the item and (for sizing issues) your required size.

3. Once approved, pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided, or arrange pickup where available.

4. Upon receipt and inspection, your replacement item will be dispatched within [Insert Number] business days.

5. Any applicable price difference or store credit will be communicated and settled before the replacement is shipped.

7. Shipping Costs for Exchange

Shipping costs for exchanges due to customer preference (size/colour/design change) are borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error or a product defect, in which case Samiya Creations covers all shipping costs both ways.
