Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the purchase and sale of products through the Samiya Creations Site, in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation email/SMS does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Samiya Creations reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Sizing

• Please refer to our size chart on each product page before placing an order.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on the measurements provided. We are happy to assist with size guidance via WhatsApp/email prior to purchase.

• Custom stitching requests, where offered, must include accurate measurements provided by the customer; we are not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• COD is available within Pakistan, subject to verification of the order via call/SMS/WhatsApp prior to dispatch.

• Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery where the courier policy permits, and report any visible damage immediately.

• Repeated order refusals or failed delivery attempts on COD orders may result in the account being restricted to prepaid orders only.

4. Prepaid Order Terms

• Prepaid orders are processed immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

• In case of a failed or duplicate transaction, please contact us with your payment reference number for resolution.

5. International Orders

• We currently ship to select international destinations in addition to Pakistan; availability is confirmed at checkout.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges levied by their destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

• International delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing and are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Product Care

To preserve embroidery, print, and fabric quality, we recommend dry cleaning or hand-washing in cold water, avoiding direct sunlight while drying, and ironing on the reverse side of printed or embroidered fabric. Samiya Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper care after delivery.

7. Force Majeure

Samiya Creations shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
