This Shipping Policy outlines how Samiya Creations processes and delivers orders within Pakistan and to select international destinations.

1. Order Processing Time

         Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.

         Custom/stitched orders may require additional processing time of [Insert Number] business days, which will be communicated at the time of order.

         Orders are not processed on public holidays; processing will resume on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

         We deliver to all major cities and most regions across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

         Estimated delivery time within Pakistan: 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on destination city.

         Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions, where active, will be clearly indicated on the Site.

3. International Shipping

         We currently ship to select international destinations; available countries are shown at checkout.

         Estimated international delivery time: 7-15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

         International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

         Customs clearance delays are beyond our control and are not considered a shipping failure on our part.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping

         COD is available for orders within Pakistan only.

         Orders may be subject to a verification call/message prior to dispatch.

         Please keep exact change ready where possible, and ensure availability at the provided address during the expected delivery window.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the relevant courier's tracking portal.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and the customer will be contacted to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or cancellation per our Return Policy.

7. Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed in the event of significant delays.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of order. Samiya Creations is not responsible for delayed or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
