Return Policy
At Samiya Creations, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Return Policy carefully, as our return terms differ for stitched and unstitched items due to the nature of our products.
1. Stitched / Ready-to-Wear Items
Because stitched garments are tailored and worn directly, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on stitched Shalwar Kameez, 3-Piece, or 2-Piece suits once delivered, except in the case of a manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect item received (see Section 3 below). Stitched items are eligible for exchange only, as outlined in our Exchange Policy.
2. Unstitched Items
• Unstitched fabric (including unstitched 3-piece/2-piece sets, individual unstitched shirts, trousers, and dupattas) may be returned within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within +971581279133, 24-48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging. Upon verification, we will offer a free exchange, store credit, or refund (for prepaid orders), at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
• Stitched/ready-to-wear garments that have been worn, washed, altered, or used (except for defects as per Section 3).
• Items purchased on clearance/final sale, where explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
• Custom-stitched items made to individually submitted measurements.
• Dupattas, trousers, or shirts purchased individually and used/altered.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is approved (only applicable to eligible unstitched returns or verified defects on prepaid orders), the refund will be processed to the original payment method within [Insert Number, e.g., 7-10] business days of approval. For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer, as agreed with the customer.

3. Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
