These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Samiya Creations website (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. About These Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Pricing

• All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability.

• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated, and may change without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at our discretion.

• Minor variations in colour, embroidery placement, and fabric pattern may occur due to the handcrafted/dyed nature of fabric and photography/screen differences. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed only once payment is received (for prepaid orders) or once the order is verified by our team (for Cash on Delivery orders).

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan and Prepaid payment methods for both domestic and international orders.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, and will notify the customer accordingly.

• For COD orders, repeated refusal of delivery or failure to collect an order may result in future orders being restricted to prepaid only.

5. Unstitched, Stitched, and Custom Items

Some products are sold unstitched and may require independent tailoring by the customer. We are not responsible for fit or sizing on unstitched fabric. For stitched/ready-to-wear items, please refer to our size chart prior to ordering, as sizing-related concerns after stitching are handled per our Exchange Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to product photography, designs, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of Samiya Creations and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to submit false information, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site's operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samiya Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
